About Bernard Rosauer
Mr. Rosauer spent 23 years leading from within the operations of both Fortune 500 and regional insurance companies. While serving in a claims executive position he began to explore the drivers of policyholder retention, loyalty and long-term profitable growth.
After six years of research and testing, he developed a methodology for improvement and became a consultant winning contracts throughout the U.S. The methodology is based on a best practice focus on customers using the Net Promoter Score, processes using ‘lean thinking’ and employees using proven drivers of employee enthusiasm.
Mr. Rosauer is the president of Rosauer Consulting, LLC and is available for long-term and short-term engagements. He is also available for keynote speaking engagements.
